On Monday, December 7, 2009, OFRA suffered a tragic fire at their Northeast Distribution Center and Corporate Office in East Hartford, CT. Thanks to the calm and responsible actions of our personnel, all employees were evacuated quickly and safely from the building and no injuries were sustained. The warehouse and its contents, however, were a complete loss and the corporate office was damaged beyond repair. Despite the incredible and traumatic loss, OFRA is 100% operational nationwide. Temporary corporate offices were quickly established and all primary operating systems were restored within one day allowing OFRA to resume normal business operations supporting its dealers and customers nationwide. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced or may experience as a result of this tragic event. We promise to continue to provide our dealers and customers with the highly responsive and reliable service they have come to expect from OFRA.
